About the Spacer Tool
The Spacer Tool is a hinged measuring and setup tool designed to take the guesswork out of positioning standard 2.25-inch pool balls for drills and practice layouts.
Many drills describe positions in terms of ball widths rather than inches—for example, placing an object ball half a ball off the rail, positioning two balls half a ball apart, or setting a ball a quarter-ball away from a reference point. The Spacer Tool provides physical references for these common distances, making setups faster, more accurate, and easier to reproduce.
Two hinged sections allow the tool to be configured for several different ball-relative measurements. It can be used on its own or alongside the Ghostball Trainer and Ball Marker when creating repeatable practice layouts.
